Accessing MyCPD

To access MyCPD, sign in on the ETp  website, hover over your name and then click on the MyCPD  logo in the drop down menu. 

The first time you log in to MyCPD, you'll be asked to choose a password. On subsequent visits you'll be logged in automatically.

Saving an article to your MyCPD log

Add an article from English Teaching professional or Modern English Teacher to your MyCPD log using the on-page button.

(Tip: the on-page button is only visible to logged-in subscribers.)

Saving other learning

When you log into MyCPD you will see the English Teaching professional pages that you have entered, and any Modern English Teacher articles if you’re also an MET subscriber.

Click + new entry to add learning from other sources including links to other websites, Word documents and image files (.jpg, .gif., or .png), and details of offline reading, training, and conferences.

Update an entry in your MyCPD log

You can enter all kinds of information in the log for each piece of content, including the duration of the work done, the reasons for undertaking the CPD work and how you’ve applied the learning in practice.  This really helps you focus on how to get the most out of your research.

On the main page you can see various statistics about your CPD from the latest entry date and the number of logs completed to the total number of hours you have spent on your CPD.
